This spice is excellent, only complaint is I ordered seafood blend and pork blend. I received Cajun blend instead of seafood. But I’ll keep it it’s pretty dang good.

This seasoning provides the perfect balance of spice/ heat and flavor! Arrived yesterday, used it on my pork chops for dinner last night along with the Mississippi Spice Company Pork seasoning- these two flavors work great together- providing a mild sweet heat!Can’t wait to try it on ribs and chicken!
