Developed in the South, this blend brings out bold flavor with the perfect amount of heat from a three-pepper blend that lets you know it's there. The turbinado sugar produces that perfect sweet-heat flavor that will have your taste buds dancing.

Our Story
Where backyard cooking became a regular weekend tradition with friends, family, and neighbors. This passion for cooking led to honing in on the perfect blends for competitions as well as backyard cooks. In 2025, MSC began sponsoring BBQ competition teams across the nation with our blends, where three of our teams achieved ten Grand Championships — and so far in 2026 they have earned thirteen. This kind of record doesn't happen by accident; it happens when perfected seasonings are used by the best Pitmasters in the world.
Taking those formulas from the competition circuit to a small-batch jar meant one rule: nothing artificial, no fillers, no shortcuts.
