Ingredients

  • 12 oz angel hair pasta

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 5–6 green onions, chopped

  • 1 (4.25 oz) can chopped black olives

  • 4 ½ Tbsp mayonnaise

  • 4 ½ Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 Tbsp Greek seasoning

  • 1 Tbsp Mississippi Spice Company Veggie Blend

  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the angel hair pasta for 5 minutes, then immediately drain and rinse under cold water until pasta reaches room temperature. Set aside to drain completely.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Greek seasoning, Mississippi Spice Company Veggie Blend, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.

  3. Add the chopped green onions and black olives to the dressing mixture.

  4. Add the cooled pasta and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. For best flavor, let it chill overnight.
